The Rate Beyonce Is Shelling Out These Videos Is Slightly Ridiculous.

These videos are pretty fine though.

"Get Me Bodied" - Liked this track from the first time I heard B-Day. The video features her fellow ex "Destiny's Child" members; Kelly Rowland & Michelle Williams, as well as B's sister Solange Knowles, who has solo material out later this year.

"Green Light" - Infectious Rhythm to this song, usual B stuff but the video is different from the usual style. Liking it though.




"Suga Mama" - This is a lesser track from B-day, I was never too sure of the song, & I don't much like the video either.




If rumours are to be believed, Beyonce is planning yet another album later this year. This seems a risky move, rather than taking over the world, she may just flood it with half rate, over produced crap.
I liked her & her work since Destiny's Child, but two albums in a year maybe a little too much.

UK Loudmouth Robbie Williams Has Confessed His "Hip-Hop Career" Isn't Going Well. No Surprise There.

In an interview he tells of how her tried to contact Timbaland to produce an album for him, Williams said:
"I tried to get in touch with Timbaland, but there was no joy back from anybody"

Good, no one should touch this guy with a very long stick, especially not Tim.

A Very Welcome Return From Rihanna.

It's not as if she has really been anywhere but Rihanna is back with her third album in two years. The album, named "Good Girl Gone Bad" is available in June.

In the mean time, here is the first single from it, "Umbrella" features Jay Z & is a bit of a change from the usual Ri-Ri sound.

I'm really Feeling this track, Rihanna's unstoppable run doesn't seem to have any end in sight. The promotion & resource offered by Def-Jam has really done her good.

"Freakum Dress" is taken from the "B-Day" re-release & shows Beyonce back to here usual beat driven, high tempo sound, with a good video to accompany it.

Just Noticed This While Scrawling Baller Status.

Lil Jon is making a cartoon which will feature him and his family. It's titled "A-Town," & will be a comedy focusing on the rapper, his family and their life in his hometown of Atlanta. Apparently, it will be on Comedy Central.

It is only short because it's the intro to her video for "Green Light", I'm not quite sure what she was thinking in this one. I was thinking, more dark & sexy than this, but then again, this girl cannot go wrong lately, she's pretty much invincible.

The Uk's Finest Soul Singer, Joss Stone Has Officially Broken The US With Her New Album "Introducing Joss Stone" Entering The Billboard Chart At Number 2, Just 11,000 Sales Off The Top Spot.

This comes as many UK artists have been appreciated in the US; Amy Winehouse is at number 10, while Corrine Bailey Rae is 22. Lily Alen has also received a respectful chart position at 41.

On the sleeve of her album, the usual place for thank yous, she directs fans to her website, where there is a 7,000 letter thank you list, in which she thanks:
"Lauryn Hill, James Brown, footballer Vinnie Jones, her parents, pet dogs and God"

Rap Legends Diddy & Snoop Announced That They Were Cancelling Their Entire UK Tour.

This comes after Snoop Dogg was refused his application for a visa to enter the UK to work, because of a charge he faced last time he visited the UK.

Ever the diplomat Diddy, talking to the BBC said:
"I know that Snoop is a great guy, a positive guy, and I'm not throwing any stones at the Home Office or at the government. Everybody has their own laws and their own rules in their own countries, and, you know, we're going to respect them"

Still it's a disappointment to loads of people, Diddy & Snoop together would have been quality. Luckily for some, their tour will continue in Dublin at the end of this month.

Snoop Dogg Has Been Denied A Visa Application That Would Allow Him To Perform Here In The UK.

The 35 year old is due to perform alongside Diddy on Tuesday night in London, even if the visa request is denied this event will still be going ahead, but with Snoop on a video link rather than in person.

Snoop has already been charged with violent disorder last year at Heathrow airport in London, but escaped with a police caution. He is also currently facing weapons and drugs charges in the US stemming from three separate arrests in 2006.

Whatever the outcome, Diddy & Snoop in the same show is going to be amazing
