Here Is A Snippet Of A Brand Spanking New Track From Up & Coming Star "Keri Hilson".

Sorry about the crappy quality & the lack of details about this track, but basically Keri is part of "Mosley Music", which is headed by "Timbaland", she features heavily on Tim's current album, & will hopefully have her debut album out later this year.

I am predicting very big things for this girl & would love to see her be the next big thing, it's very exciting to hear any material from her, no matter how bad the sound quality, check it out & let me know if your feeling Keri?

What Do You Make Or Keri?

"Amerie" Continues Here Storming Of The R&B Charts With The Release Of Here Second Video From "Because I Love It".

"Gotta Work" is a hot track that is a great second single, it is a real modern R&B piece, I'm really feeling it. The video itself is much better than the "Take Control" vid, it's sexy, edgy feel & it's well timed choreography make it a sure fire hit.

While the album is a little dull in parts, it is a very easy listen piece with some nice tracks, well worth a purchase, if you haven't already. Check out the video below &let me know is you are feeling it?

Is This Video Hot, Or Just Stereotypical Amerie?

Here Is The Highly Anticipated Video Premiere For "Bone Thugs" Latest Single "Lil' Love".

The track features some heavyweight talent from producer "Jermaine Dupri" & R&B hit maker "Mariah Carey", plus "Bow Wow" who isn't so 'Lil' anymore. It is a slick, hot record from a group who are making a very successful comeback with their album "Strength & Loyalty", after a long spell out of the mainstream limelight.

The video is a standard Hip-Hop viewing, with Mariah looking gorgeous as usual & Dupri doing his usual "So So Def" stuff. I have heard a few people saying that Bone Thugs are past it when it comes to churning out hits, but I hope this one proves them wrong. This track can only do good for all involved, with Mariah's new album rumoured to be out before the end of the year, this is going to be great promo for her.

Check out the video below, & please let me know what you think, are you getting the same vibe as me, or something completely different?

Checked The Video?
Hot Or Not?

Here Is A Hot Comeback Track From R&B Honey "Ashanti".

The track is called "Switch" & it features Hip-Hop superstar "Nelly", it will feature on Ashanti's October release "The Declaration", which will hopefully see a return to form from the singer.

Ashanti has had an unfortunate time lately when it comes to success, her involvement with "Murder Inc" did well for her, until it was involved in certain 'criminalities', leaving Ashanti somewhat at sea on where to go next. Her past album "Concrete Rose" was a solid album but never faired well in the charts, but finally she is back.

I think Ashanti is one of the most gifted girls in R&B & reminds me of the late, great "Aaliyah" in her sound & glamour, this is a hot track that I hope does well for her, but I'm not so sure on it being the lead single from her new record.

Diddy Update...

While I & Many Others Believed That Hip-Hop Mogul "Diddy" Had Moved On From His 2006 Hit Album "Press Play", Apparently Not.

According to "MTV" Mr Combs is due to release at least two more singles from the record, one of which will be "Diddy Rock" which features producing superstar "Timbaland". I'm really excited about this track, it is a definate highlight of the brilliant album & one of my favourites, Diddy is reportedly shooting the video right now, & it promises to be a huge track, once it is officially confirmed I will post a link.

In other Diddy news, he has finally quashed rumours of "Cassie's" departure from "Bad Boy Records" & announced that she is busy in the studio & will also become the face of "Sean John Women", the female clothing line from Diddy. I think that the whole 'split' thing was a good PR move to get Cassie's name back on the scene before her second album drops later this year.

If you haven't got a copy of Press Play I urge you to grab one, it was without a doubt the best produced album of last year & one of my personal favourites of 2006. If you want to know more, read my review here.

Got A Copy Of Press Play,
What Do You Make Of It?

The "BET" Awards Took Place Last Night In the US, Here Are A Couple Of Highlights Of The Night.

The first is a mini "Destiny's Child" reunion in the shape of a cross over performance from "Beyonce Knowles" & "Ms Kelly Rowland", with vocal power Beyonce can flaw Kelly hands down, but Ms Rowland has certainly improved her vocals as well as her stage presence, she was not in B's shadow & with the backup of "Eve" the performance was a strong one.

I would have liked to see the two tracks mashed up together as it would have been good to have heard B & kells together again, but it is very cool none the less.

The second highlight came from "Diddy" with a remix of his smash "Last Night", this was visually very pleasing, with Diddy doing his part very well, a questionable piece from "Lil Kim" but "Keyshia" stole the show, she is hot property, with her vocals killing the performance.

Like The Performance,
Let Me Know What You Think?

The Brand New Video For "Kanye West's" Fantastic New Single Has Premiered On TRL.

"Stronger" Is my favourite track of the year so far, it's production values are absolutely amazing & the use of it's sample is inspired, I have no idea how Mr West creates these sorts of tracks, but I'm glad that he does. My only fear is that this lead single will be the strongest from his album, "Graduation", & everything to follow will be an anti-climax, but I suppose only time will tell.

The "Hype Williams" directed video is hot, it's modern, contemporary feel is great & it matches up with the track very well. This record will serve Kanye very well & i think it Will be remembered for a long time to come, 100% number #1 hit.

(UPDATE - I might Be A Bit Slow On This, But I Have Only Just Noticed "Cassie" In This Video, Random)

Check out the video below, I would love to know what you make of it?

Strong Or Weak, You Decide?

We Now Have Confirmation That R&B Songstress "Alicia Keys" Will Release Her Third Studio Album On October 23rd.

It will be titled "As I Am" & will feature a collaboration with "John Legend", as well as production from "Timbaland", "Linda Perry" & "Stargate". Speaking to MTV earlier this year, Miss Keys said of the highly anticipated record:

"It's coming together incredibly. I am in love with this album. It's very fresh and new"
If it can top her 2003 smash "The Diary Of Alicia Keys" then I will be in love with this album as well.

Alicia, in my opinion, has one of the best voices in the world, while she may not be on par with "Christina" or "Whitney" on power, but on quality she can blow anyone out of the water. I cannot wait for this record to drop, I really think it will be something special.

What Do You Make Of Alicia's Sound,
Perfect Or Just A Bit Boring?

The 'Singing Beehive' Returns With The Next Installment From "Back To Black".

The next single "Tears Dry On Their Own" continues "Mark Ronson's" 'big band' production theme which is delivered perfectly by "Amy"; her raspy, raw vocals are fantastic, I have enjoyed this track since I got the album at release.

The video itself is disappointingly boring, especially since the fantastic 'pyjama' video for "Rehab", still it takes nothing from what is a hugely addictive song.

Check the video & let me know what you think of it:

Hot Track, Or Same Old Same Old?

Thought I Would Bring You Guys Another 'FlashBack'.

This time it comes from one of the most influential artists of our generation, "Jay-Z", the track was also produced from the most influential producer ever, Mr Mosley himself, "Timbaland".

I think that this is one of the hottest beats to ever be created, it's distinctive sound is instantly recognisable & will be a classic Timbo beat forever. A real pick up track that never fails to make you wanna move.

The Continued Hype Around The Comeback Of Hip-Hop Star "Ja Rule" Continues With The Leak Of A Hot New Track.

Featuring "Lil' Wayne", "Uh Oh" has some extreme production & a very slick performance from Ja. Taken from his brand new album "The Mirror", this one is a sure hit & will really help his comeback, maybe the "INC" isn't dead, R.U.L.E is well & truly back.

Can R.U.L.E Make A Comeback, Or Is It Too Late?

Here Is The Brand New Video From Alternative Hip-Hop Group "Gym Class Heroes".

The track is called "Clothes Off" & is taken from there album "As Cruel As School Children". It's a pretty solid record with a 'catchie', hot hook, if they keep churning out tracks like this, I can't see them fading from mainstream music any time soon.

Sure fire top #10 hit, check out the video below:
