The Recent "VH1 Hip-Hop Honors" Held A Tribute To One Of The Greats Of Modern Urban Music; "Missy Elliott".

The performance accumulated some of Missy's greatest hits into a medley performed by past Elliott collaborators including genius producer "Timbaland", "Nelly Furtado", "Eve", "Fat Man Scoop", "Ciara", "Tweet" & "Keyshia Cole".

Missy is one of my favorite artists, I love her strange sense of style, her distinctive flow & her natural ability to push the boundaries of modern music. I cannot wait for her to reunite with Timbaland (the greatest Hip-Hop partnership ever IMO) on her new album; " ", which is due .

What Did You Think Of The Performance,
Let Me Know?

"Keyshia Cole" Continues The Single Releases For Her New Album "Just Like You", Here Is The New Video For Her Most Recent Track; "Shoulda Let You Go".

Not to seem harsh, but let's face it, Keyshia is not the sexiest girl in the game, but she looks good in this video, she has had a makeover & seems very confident in her appearance.

The video contains very simple but really cool choreography & the token rap verse from the generic female MC, but I'm not sure who it is, if anyone knows, be sure to
leave a comment?

(Edit: The Female Rapper Is Called AMINA)

Keyshia's album, Just Like You, is hot material, her vocals & professionalism have really grown from her first release & have produced a very solid album, definitely recommended. Although I have heard Keyshia being a bit of a diva of late, I really like her & she seems to have a longevity in the R&B game.

Liking The Video,

Here Is The Album Leak Of "Keyshia Cole's" New Album; "Just Like You".

This has been highly anticipated by a lot of people, her first album was so hot, full of brilliant single tracks & powerful ballads, it showed Keyshia as a real 'playa' in the R&B world. Since her return to the music scene she has already had success with the "Missy Elliott" produced "Let It Go", he second single "Shoulda Let You Go" promises to be even bigger.

I haven't had a chance to listen to the album yet as I have only just grabbed it, but I am expecting big things, expect a full review soon. As always, if you like the album Go & Grab The Retail Version.

"Keyshia Cole - Just Like You"

Grabbed The Album Yet,

Here Is The Rumoured Second Single From "Keyshia Cole's" Second Album; "Just Like You".

This "Dark Child" produced track bears a large similarity to "Mary J Blige's" smash "Enough Cryin'", not that that is a bad thing, it just feels a little un-original, maybe a re-used beat. I have been slightly underwhelmed by Keyshia of late, her first single "Let It Go" really did nothing for me, although it has enjoyed chart success.

Maybe I will grow to like this one, but for now I will keep my doubts, don't let me put you off though; Keyshia is still a hot vocalist.

Gonna Let It Go,
Let Me Know?

Here Is A Hot, Official Remix To "Keyshia Cole's" Current Single "Let It Go".

Although I wasn't an initial fan of the original track, I do like this remix, the production & added verse from Keyshia is hot, it has an 'old school' R&B feel to it.

Keyshia is on top form as always, this girl can do no wrong, her vocal ability is absolutely awesome & she still keeps that 'street' appeal that some R&B artists don't seem to have.

What Do You Think Of The Keyshia Remix,

Let Me Know?

Here Is The Brand New Video From R&B Sensation "Keyshia Cole".

Taken from here new album "Just Like You", which is due for release late September, it is a mid-tempo, summer jam. With "Kim" & "Elliott" on the track, it has a Hip-Hop, Soul feel, while still giving Cole time to show off some of her vocal cords.

Still, it seems like a strange song to choose as the debut single from a new album, I have never really been feeling this song, it's not bad, but it is just missing something. I hope this is not a sign of things to come from Keyshia's album, as her last was such a great debut.

It's great to see Missy & Kim reunited, just like the old days. What do you reckon?

What Do You Think Of It, Hot Or Not?

The "BET" Awards Took Place Last Night In the US, Here Are A Couple Of Highlights Of The Night.

The first is a mini "Destiny's Child" reunion in the shape of a cross over performance from "Beyonce Knowles" & "Ms Kelly Rowland", with vocal power Beyonce can flaw Kelly hands down, but Ms Rowland has certainly improved her vocals as well as her stage presence, she was not in B's shadow & with the backup of "Eve" the performance was a strong one.

I would have liked to see the two tracks mashed up together as it would have been good to have heard B & kells together again, but it is very cool none the less.

The second highlight came from "Diddy" with a remix of his smash "Last Night", this was visually very pleasing, with Diddy doing his part very well, a questionable piece from "Lil Kim" but "Keyshia" stole the show, she is hot property, with her vocals killing the performance.
