After A Long Period Away From The Limelight, St. Louis Rapper "Nelly" Is Back.

"Wadsyaname" is not too far from previous Nelly tracks, it's radio friendly flow & production make for a cool track. Although there is nothing too special about this one, I am looking forward to Nelly's new album "
Brass Knuckles", his album tracks have continuously proven to be better than his singles.

Look out for Nelly's colab with girlfriend "Ashanti"; "Switch", is due for release soon.

As Promised, Here Is The Brand New, Sexy Video From "Pussycat Doll", "Nicole Scherzinger".

Her debut single "Whatever U Like" features rapper of the month "T.I" & will be the first track from her debut solo album; "Her Name Is Nicole", although being leaked to the Internet long ago, the single hasn't really been making any headway, now the video has emerged that should all change.

The plot less, poorly choreographed video, with a guest appearance from the tracks writer "Sean Garrett", is sexiness personified, Nicole has it & knows how to flaunt it. While it will do her no favours from music critics, it will certainly get her mass exposure & will raise some eyebrows.

I can see the potential in Nicole, her past vocal performances have shown promise, her obvious charisma & confidence are great, plus the experience of holding together PCD over the past couple of years can only have done her good. Still, pumping out tracks where the production is far to much for her to compete with will do her no favours in the long run.

Entrepreneur Rapper "Jay Z" Has Topped The "Forbes" Hip-Hop Rich List, Beating The Likes Of "Diddy" & "50 Cent". Check Out The Top #10 Below.

1. Jay-Z $34 million
2. 50 Cent $32 million
3. Diddy $28 million
4. Timbaland $21 million
5. Dr. Dre $20 million
6. Eminem $18 million
7. Snoop Dogg $17 million
8. Kanye West $17 million
9. Pharrell Williams $17 million
10. Scott Storch $17 million

After a year of top deals for Jay Z, including the sale of his "Rocawear" fashion line & Platinum selling comeback album "Kingdom Come", it is no surprise that he sits, firmly at the top of the rich list. Surprisingly, 'fiddy' has taken the number #2 spot from "Bad Boy" Diddy, who normally rivals for the top position.

After a fantastic year, "Timbo" stands proudly at number #4, I think it's great to see so many producers in the list, considering they pretty much make every record we hear on the radio, it's good to see them enjoying the pay cheques. If "Mosley Music" continues it's growth into the market, maybe one day he could take the top spot, only time will tell.

One thing the list lacks is a female presence, there are few ladies in the Hip-Hop market that could ever realistically enter the list, maybe it's time for "Missy" to take up the challenge.

Producer, Turned Rapper "Kanye West" Will Tonight Put His Hand To Television Presenting As He Takes Over UK Comedy Show; "The Friday Night Project".

Kanye is generally a really funny guy, he always seems genuine & down to earth, but how he will tackle British comedy I'm not quite sure. Still, it will be very cool to see him take on the presenting role & I'm sure he will do well, plus it can only help his profile grow in the UK.

I urge you to grab a copy of "Graduation" when it hits stores on September 10th (UK), I ask for a very good reason. "50 Cent" has declared that if Graduation sells more copies than "Curtis", he will stop making solo material for ever. Good Times.

Check Out Kanye On The Friday Night Project, On Channel 4 (UK), Tonight At 10.30.

How Do You Think Kanye Will Do,

Firstly, I Have Completely Over Looked This Track Until Now. Sorry If This Is Old News To You.

Although not on general circulation in the UK, I have heard "Fantasia's" radio edit of her hit "When I See U", didn't think there was much going on there, some solid vocals & a cool song, but nothing special.

Now, "Polow Da Don", in my opinion, one of the best producers to emerge in recent times, has taken the track & transformed it into a 'club banga'.

The production on this one is so simple & yet so good, the tempo & beat are perfectly in sync, Polow has built on the original production in a way that makes this sound like the original. Plus, some extra rhymes from "Jeezy" make this track a certain hit, I hope so much that this version gets released.

Can't wait to hear more from Polow, if he continues with such sick beats, he may one day take the Hip-Hop production crown from the likes of "Diddy" or even "Timbo"?

Legendary R&B Songstress "Mary J Blige" Is Reportedly Pregnant With Her First Child.

Although Mary is already the stepmother of her partner's 3 children, her & husband "Kendu" have been planning their own family for some time now. According to "Meidatakeout.com", Mary's relatives confirmed the pregnancy, saying:

"We just found out about [the pregnancy] yesterday and every one's happy about it... They're very blessed in so many ways."

I've got nothing but love for Mary, she has had such a hard time in her life, she is such a talented artist & a really nice person, she deserves a bit of happiness. Let's hope this gives her some inspirational material for a new album, it's been too long since "The Breakthrough".

After The Unfortunate 'Dry Humping' Incident With An Underage Girl Earlier This Year, "Akon" Has Found A Way To Make Money Out Of It.

Coming out with a track that is sure to be a top #10 hit, "Sorry, Blame It On Me" is Akon's way of apologizing to the girl & her family. To be honest, it's a case of 'damned if you do, damned if you don't', if Akon did nothing, he would be criticised, if he makes a single & some money, people (like me) put him down.

After reporters checked out the girls 'myspace', it appears that she was no angel anyway, still Akon was in the wrong & he knows it, he is making personal gains from the incident & that just seems wrong. Maybe the best thing he could do is to donate the proceeds to charity, although Akon doesn't seem the charitable type to me.

Still, I have to admit, the track itself is probably one of Akon's best, but that isn't saying much.

Here Is A New Leaked Track From "Kanye's" Up-Coming LP, "Graduation".

Although 'Ye' promised that there would be no guest vocals from Rappers on his album, it does appear that man of the moment "Lil Wayne" has made the cut. This new track, which is not going to be the next single, is named after renowned baseball player "Barry Bonds", apparently because Kanye thinks it will be so big, it will make a 'Home Run'.

Not so sure about this one, first time I heard "Stronger" it 'infected' me with it's beat & flow, this track just does nothing for me, maybe it will be a grower, who knows. The edition of 'Weezy' can only be a good thing, I'm really loving this guy at the moment, but it would be better to hear some solo material rather than another collaboration.

This Is A New Track With Some Interesting Production From "Nicole Scherzinger".

Rumored to be the second single from her debut album "Her Name Is Nicole", "Super Villain" has been produced by "Mad Scientist", someone I have personally never heard of. The beat does not sound original to me, I can't quite put my finger on it, but I'm sure I've heard it somewhere before.

I still like "Whatever U Like" far better, "Polow's" production is great on that track, still this is a good effort & I'm sure it will be a grower. Be on the look out for Nicole's first video, which is premiered very soon, I'll be featuring it as soon as it drops.

This Is The Brand New Video From "M.I.A" For Her New Single "Jimmy".

After featuring & doing a short review of "Kala", I have grown to like it even more, it's randomness is the key to why it is so good, it is just something different.

I approve of the second single choice, but I don't really like the video, I am aware that M.I.A is a smaller artist compared to the likes of "Beyonce" for example, but it has been proven many times that it is not too hard to make a good video with limited resources.

This vid just seems like an 80's throwback, & not is a quirky, cool way, in a cheap, dull kind of way. The sparkly dress & wicked colours don't make up for the fact it doesn't go anywhere. I much preferred the video for "Boyz".

Here Is A Hot, Official Remix To "Keyshia Cole's" Current Single "Let It Go".

Although I wasn't an initial fan of the original track, I do like this remix, the production & added verse from Keyshia is hot, it has an 'old school' R&B feel to it.

Keyshia is on top form as always, this girl can do no wrong, her vocal ability is absolutely awesome & she still keeps that 'street' appeal that some R&B artists don't seem to have.
