Here Is R&B Honey "Rihanna" In Her Latest Shoot For "Giant Magazine".
The 19 year old, who is enjoying chart success in both the UK & US charts is looking gorgeous in the pics below. In the mag itself, she talks about her life, musical success & her apparent 'beef' with "Beyonce Knowles".
I'm Loving Riri at the moment, her album is pretty hot, some enjoyable well performed tracks, grab a copy when it's released on Monday.
Global Megastar "Michael Jackson" Has Today Purchased The Publishing Rights To A Large Chunk Of "Eminem's" Music.
In a characteristic move, Jackson, in partnership with "Sony", bought the "Famous Music LLC" catalog from media giant "Viacom". These include some of Em's tracks, like "Without Me" & "The Real Slim Shady", this is likely to fuel a backlash from Em as his dislike of Jackson has become apparent many times.
I think it is a shame that as the King of Pop's personal possessions are being auctioned in Las Vegas, against his will, he is blowing his limited funds on other peoples music. I think Jackson is a legend of the music game, but his mental state becomes more & more questionable.
Thought I Would Try Something New & See How People Like It.
Every now & then I hear a track, on my iPod, radio or TV & I think, damn I forgot about that. So just in case anyone else forgets, or has never even heard it, I thought I would post that tune up.
Today I heard "Ms Jade" on MTV, her track featuring "Timbo" & "Nelly", back in 2002 when Tim & Nell where first starting their fantastic relationship.
The track, "Ching Ching" was a great sound, a random array of beats & the fantastic hook that Nelly keeps up throughout. It wasn't a smash hit but did pretty well, although I don't think it was ever released in the UK I still loved it for quite a while.
One Of My Favourite Tracks Right Now Is "What Am I Fighting For" By UK Group "UnkleJam". So I Thought I Should Gather Them A Bit Of Support By Doing A Preview Of Their Forthcoming Debut Album, The Self Titled "UnkleJam".
First off, the name, "UnkleJam" is taken from "Funkadelic’s" 1979 album "Uncle Jam Wants You", their sound can be described as anything from Soul to Dance to Funk. Whatever their style, it is refreshingly different, & the campest thing I have seen since the "Scissor Sisters", none the less, I think it is beyond cool.
Unfortunately, their first single "Love Ya" only reached number #54 in the UK Singles Chart, although MTV Base & Trevor Nelson gave it particular exposure, it did not fair well.
Their current, yet to be released single, "What Am I Fighting For" is currently being pushed by MTV & BBC Radio1, on mainstream shows, so respect to them.
As usual, with all new UK artists, "UnkleJam" (the album) has been pushed back once again, it is now set to drop September 10th in the UK. I urge you to grab a copy & support a really unique & different UK band.

A Brand New Track Has emerged From R&B Group "Cherish".
It is entitled "Keep It Fresh", it has a somewhat childish beat, but it's pretty hot none the less.
I liked there earlier material, both "Do It To It" & "Unappreciated", were both consistent & well produced tracks, this song follows on that line & is rumoured to be produced by "Jazze Pha".
There is definately a void left by "Destiny's Child" that has never been filled, there are plenty of solo female artists out there but not too many groups. Maybe Cherish will fill that gap, but there is always "Danity Kane" on the horizon.

Here Is A Brand New Clip From "Kanye's" New Album, A Snippet Of A Track Called "Stronger".
It samples "Daft Punk's" "Harder, Better, Stronger, Faster" & uses it well, this beat is HOTT.
This is more what I wanted to hear from Kanye, I can't wait for his album to finally drop, he has used this sample so well, Daft Punk are masters of dance beats & not given enough credit, I'm not sure what they are up to now but I hope this track helps them out.

Here Is The Brand New Video From Rapper Superstar "Kanye West".
Apparently, "Can't Tell Me Nothing" will not be the 1st single from his new album, but more of a 'Buzz' single to generate some hype.
I'm not a fan of this this track, nor the video, I surely hope Kanye pulls out some magic for his album, if there is more of this I will be extremely disappointed.
"Graduation", West's 3rd full studio album, will be out September 18th.
